School Clubs
Education takes on many forms at Mizzentop Day School, both in the classroom and beyond. Mizzentop students engage in a variety of activities, including performing arts, athletics, clubs, and community service.
Mizzentop Day School offers clubs and activities that meet during the school day, before, or after school. Some of the clubs are seasonal.
Art Club - Lower and Middle School meet once a week
Student Council - Middle School
Chess Club - Lower and Middle School meet during lunch
Gardening Club - Lower and Middle School meet after school
Knitting Club - Lower and Middle School meet before school
Newspaper - Middle School meets during the day
Historical Fiction Book Club - Lower and Middle School meet before school
Student Ambassadors - 7th & 8th Grade students must apply for this program, and maintain a B average. These students guide prospective families on tours of the school at Open House events. They also help with the daily arrival of pre-school students.
School Store - Grades 5 & 6 run the store. It is open during Lower School lunch.
New this year are the School Spirit Club, Athletic Club, and Rock Ensemble.
